Filler compounds can be sprayed without requiring an additional compressor using the Graco T-Max Airless spraying process. Decorative materials can be sprayed up to a grain size of 1.5 mm with an additional compressor (air atomization or air-assisted process).

What are the differences between the Graco T-Max 506 and the T-Max 657? What might the advantages of choosing the T-Max 657 be?

In short, the Graco T-Max 657 is a more powerful version of the smaller Graco T-Max 506 model. More power provides for a higher max. Working pressure of 65 bar instead of 50 bar with the T-Max 506 and for a higher material delivery rate of 7.2 l / min instead of 6.4 l / min.

But what does that mean when it comes to peformance?

This extra power enables the T-Max 657 to use larger nozzles compared to the T-Max 506 (maximum 661 nozzle instead of 651 nozzle for the T-Max 506), making it possible to process even thicker and more viscous materials. Furthermore, the additional power of the T-Max 657 allows for the use of a longer hose (30m instead of 15m on the T-Max 506), providing a greater working radius and flexibility on site. The larger capacity of the material container of 90 liters (6 bags) instead of 60 liters (4 bags) with the T-Max 506 results in a longer working time without needing to refill material into the container. This is a big advantage, especially if a second man is not always available to assist in adding material to the container.
